Mini Orange Muffins

Ingredients:
1 c sugar
1/2 c Juice of one orange
1/2 c butter
1 c sour cream
1 c sugar
2 c flour
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 t orange rind - grated
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ยบ and grease mini muffin tins.
Mix sugar and juice and set aside for dipping.
Cream butter and sugar. Add sour cream alternately with dry ingredients until just moistened.
Fold in orange rind.
Bake 10-12 minutes. Dip in orange juice mixture while warm.
